9/10am Pick up at Hotel/Menin Gate Ypres,

· Hill 60 (SCENE OF 'TUNNELLERS WAR')

· Messines village scene of fierce fighting in 1914 and 1917

· New Zealand Memorial Messines and German bunkers

· Pool of Peace mine crater

· Scene of Xmas Truce 1914

· Ploegsteert Memorial and cemeteries

· Irish Peace Park

(We will have to see how many of the above sites we can see before lunch!)

12 or 1 pm LUNCH AT HOOGE CRATER CAFÉ AND WW1 MUSEUM or ANZAC REST AT POLYGON WOOD

(Lunch not included, at Hooge a filling sandwich/salad + Drink + Museum visit is 10 euro)
